Getting Fit Fast", "Fast weight loss", "Drop 50 pounds in 2 weeks". Do any of these searches look familiar to your eyes as you have typed them in the past? There are thousands of articles/blogs about these topics to get you reeled in and eating every word of it. But what happened after reading those articles? Did that 8 minute workout per day make you fit? Did you change your habits? Did you lose that weight and get "fit" FAST by using their methods of convincing? Don't say anything, I already know the answer.
